| Fresh Peach and Blackberry Cobbler | |
| 1 peach peeled and sliced | ![]() |
| 1/4 pint blackberries | |
| 3 tbsp sugar | |
| 1 pinch cinnamon | |
| 2 tbsp butter diced | |
| 6 oz. cobbler topping | |
| 1/2 oz. clarified butter | |
| 1 scoop vanilla ice cream | |
| Cobbler Topping |
| 1-cup self-rising flour |
| 1-cup heavy cream whipped for 30 seconds |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| Mix sugar and flour. Then fold gently into cream. Place peaches and blackberries into baking dish and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Then put butter pieces on top of fruit, then lay topping on. Brush with butter and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with ice cream. |
