| 1 oz. olive oil | |
| 1 4-5" portabella mushroom | |
| 1 oz. smoked mozzarella sliced | |
| 1 oz. balsamic roasted onions | |
| 1/2 oz. basil mayonnaise | |
| 1 foccacia bun | |
| 1 pinch salt & pepper | |
| 1 pinch watercress | |
| 3 pickle slices | |
| 5 oz. French fries | |
| Balsamic Onions |
| 1 red onion |
| 2 oz. balsamic vinegar |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| Roast onions in oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Then reduce with vinegar and sugar. |
| Basil Mayo |
| 1/2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise |
| 10 leaves basil fine chopped |
| Roast portabella mushroom in 450 degree oven with olive oil and pinch of salt and pepper. Toast bun, grill tomatoes with olive oil and pinch of salt and pepper. Top mushroom with smoked mozzarella, tomato slices and onions. Brush basil mayo on bun, then assemble ingredients on bun. Place at watercress at 3 o'clock poisiton, pickle garnish at 12 o'clock position and fries between 3 and 9 o'clock. |
