| 2 Temptation Melons - Peeled and Seeded | |
| 1/4 cup Silver Rum | |
| 1/4 cup Sugar | |
| 1/8 cup Water | |
| 1/8 cup Mirin Wine | |
| 1/2 bunch Cilantro | |
| Preparation | |
| In a large blender, pureé all ingredients but Cilantro to very smooth. Remove pureé to non-reactive container and stir in Cilantro. Chill for 1 hour and stir soup well once more. Serve very cold and garnish with another fruit (strawberry, melon, kiwi etc.) in small dish. | |
