Ingredients

4 each Morel Mushrooms

4 each shrimp
1 clove garlic
¼ cup Txacoli White Basque Wine
Salt
Pimenton
Parsley
½ cup Garbanzo Beans (partially cooked)
1 bunch Rainbow Chard, julienned
1 bunch Thai Basil, julienned

Preparation

Saute Morels with shrimp in garlic, pimenton and infused Thai Basil oil. Saute Garbanzo with Rainbow Chard and Thai Basil.
